Returns, exchanges and refunds

■ In the case of unused, defective or incorrectly sent products

If you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product, we will accept returns, exchanges, and refunds.
In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered products, we will promptly replace them.
If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund you after receiving the returned item.

■ Caution

Please note that even if the product is unused, it will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund if it is more than three days old since we are unable to determine when the defect occurred.

Regarding product inventory

The products in our online shop are in stock with our physical stores.
Therefore, items may be out of stock after you place your order.
