Necessary charges other than product price
Depending on the product, it may take a tailoring fee. In addition, a separate shipping fee will be charged. The shipping fee varies depending on the size of the package, but it ranges from 400 yen to 1,500 yen. Customers who purchase ¥100,000 or more including tax will receive free shipping.

Product delivery time
After receiving your order, we will ship the regular products within 3 business days (excluding year-end and New Year holidays). Please check the description column of each product for the delivery date for ordered products and reserved products.
Returns/Exchanges
For normal products, we will accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you contact us within 14 days of the arrival of the product, as long as it is unused. Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for hygienic products such as masks and made-to-order products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of the arrival of the product and we will promptly exchange it. If we are unable to prepare the replacement product, we will issue a refund after confirming the return.
