About rental costumes

Rental costumes used for shooting will be rented under the management of our shop, but in the unlikely event that conspicuous stains, dirt, damage, etc. Please note that we will charge the cleaning fee, repair fee, and product price. If there is a charge, we will contact you within one week after the shoot, so please complete the payment procedure.

About handing over photos and data

After shooting, we will send you the photos in data format about 2 months later.
Customers who ordered the optional mount or photo book will be asked to select a photo from the sent data and it will be delivered approximately two months later. Please note that we may not be able to accept changes or cancellations after you have specified the photos to be printed.
Also, please understand that we cannot accept re-shoots due to customer's convenience.

cancellation charge

Regarding cancellation after the photo plan contract is concluded, we will charge the cancellation fee as follows.

From the application shooting date
Up to 14 days before: Free
From 13 days to 7 days before: 50% of the photo plan fee
6 days before to the day: 100% of the photo plan fee

About posting on SNS

We may post or repost the photos taken on our SNS. We will contact you in advance when posting.
