Okashige, a long-established store in Kyoto, has reprinted some innovative patterns that are still relevant today from the Meiji and Taisho era's collection of ``haori'' patterns for the back of haori.
The patterns dyed with Kyoto Yuzen are hand-dyed by craftsmen using molds, giving them a rich taste. KAPUKI recommends letting it peek out from the sleeve of a denim kimono or plain kimono.
