We will accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only if the product is unused and you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will promptly exchange it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
If we are unable to provide an exchange item, we will refund your money after confirming the return.
This technique, called "magome foil," gives the appearance of cracked ice, and the butterfly base is dyed in bright primary colors using Yuzen, allowing it to peek out from between the gaps in the foil.
