In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will promptly exchange it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

[Handling, Precautions, and Remarks]
Even if you do not wear the obi, please dry it in the shade twice a year, in spring and autumn, on sunny days with low humidity. After wearing, please dry it in the shade for several hours. Avoid storing it in humid or poorly ventilated places. Sweat and moisture can cause discoloration and mold. When storing, please refrain from using plastic bags or applying scented sachets, perfume, or insect repellent directly to the obi. If you notice any dirt or stains on the obi, please contact us as soon as possible.
