We will accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only if the product is unused and you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will promptly exchange it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
If we are unable to provide an exchange item, we will refund your money after confirming the return.

This is a tsumugi woven using hand-spun thread. The fabric has a slightly taut and elastic texture with raised knots in the dupioni thread.
