We will accept returns, exchanges, and refunds only if the product is unused and you contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will promptly exchange it if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
If we are unable to provide an exchange item, we will refund your money after confirming the return.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
If it gets dirty, wipe it off gently with a soft cloth.
If the paint on the base becomes worn off, it can be easily repaired with nail polish of the same color.
