This 9-inch summer obi is a collaboration between the Edo Komon yukata brand "Kataume" and embroidery artist "emi takazawa."
The summer tsumugi obi is dyed using Edo Komon techniques, and the front and obi are decorated with silver mud using the Yuzen technique.
Fluttering gently there are hawk feathers expressed with horizontal embroidery.
The gradation of the delicate silk threads is like a painting, and the red color at the base of the wings is striking.
This is a summer obi that is beautiful yet has a somewhat poisonous atmosphere that will draw you in.
